•To ensure completed application for Building Plan (Residential Buildings Renovation) approval is processed and approved Not more than one (1) months.
•To ensure completed application for Certificate of Fitness approval is processed and approved. Not more than one (1) months.
•To ensure completed Refund of Deposit is processed and approved Not more than two (2) months.

 

CLIENT CHARTER OF PROJECT UNIT, KUBANG PASU DISTRICT COUNCIL

  • All complaints on damage to infrastructure and public amenities will be taken initial action within one (1) week.
  • All completed applications for approval of street lighting plans on housing schemes that complies with TNB regulations will be given approval within one (1) month.

 

CLIENT CHARTER OF VALUATION DIVISION, KUBANG PASU DISTRICT COUNCIL

  • Uncertainties about tax assessment will be resolved within 24 hours upon receipt of complaint.
  • Completed transfer of ownership forms (Form J / J) will be processed within ½ hour.
  • Vacant building applications will be resolved after being informed (3 days).
  • Demolished / collapsed building applications will be resolved after being informed (3 days).

 

CLIENT CHARTER OF FINANCE DIVISION, KUBANG PASU DISTRICT COUNCIL

  • To issue tax assessment bills two (2) times annually in January and July.
  • To provide friendly, efficient and quality counter services to clients within 5 minutes.
  • To settle payment claims within 14 working days from the date of a claim approved for payment.
